Implementation and Maintenance of Integrated Management System

When contemplating the implementation of a management system, whether that it is ISO Accreditations or Safe T Cert, it can seem like a daunting process.

We are here to help you make the process as seamless as possible. The following breakdown not only describes the process but it details how we can assist you achieving your goals of implementing and maintaining a management system.

Assessment and Gap Analysis

This process allows us access to your day to day operations, we view current documentation that is in place. We examine what is working for you but also we look at areas where there might be a weakness which are identified in your processes and procedures. It also lets us become familiar with your operations so we can begin to build processes tailored to you.

Design and Development

This is the process whereby we work alongside your team to develop policies, procedures and processes for the management system. We will develop a timeline to help you reach your accreditation goal. We will also co-ordinate with External Auditors to gather quotation for the works and provide step by step assistance through the management system build.

Implementation

This involves implementing the management system throughout the organisation we will help assist in organising/ co-ordinating training, organisational communications and internal auditing to demonstrate processes are effective and being monitored accordingly.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Once a management system has been implemented it needs to be monitored to ensure on-going compliance and to prevent a breakdown in processes. Additionally, management systems are monitored by external auditors on an annual basis. Therefore, it is important to ensure on-going maintenance is completed in accordance with the standards you are being monitored against. We can assist with internal audits and prevent non-conformities from arising.
